The #beautyFULL team held the grand finale for the Tools of Confidence program for the young ladies of the Rising Ground organization at their Bronx, New York location on June 29th, 2019. The ladies acquired lifelong skills such as dining etiquette, first Impressions, business proposals, social media, and branding. These essential skills provided tools needed to succeed in the future.  Through the many different workshops, they were able to develop patience, a healthy mindset, a business understanding and so much more. For the finale, they were able to greet new people, use their newly acquired dining etiquette skills, promote their elevator pitch, and receive a certificate for their achievements. We successfully achieved the mission of the young ladies finding confidence in themselves both inside and out!
